Can I bring my existing index?

That's the plan: export from your current vector store and load a copy alongside your current setup. Switch only when you're satisfied.

Do I need to change my stack?

No. CEREBRAL is the retrieval layer your app or agent searches; the SDK and MCP server arrive with self-serve. Your models and app code stay as they are.
